CAPONTINA EGGPLANT BROCHETTE
Eggplant sautéed in olive oil and served with a sauce of tomatoes, pine nuts, capers, raisins, and a little red vinegar.
RIGATONI ALA NORMA
Homemade Rigatoni pasta served with tomatoes, ricotta cheese, eggplant, fresh basil, garlic and parmesan cheese.
BUCATINI PASTA MILANESE
This is layered dish, not unlike lasagna. For our menu, I have cooked bucatini-small, hollow macaroni-with the classic sauce of fresh sardines (they’re about six inches long), fennel, pine nuts, raisins, tomatoes and bread crumbs.
FENNEL SALAD SIRAGUSA
Served with Sicilian extra virgin olive oil and lemon
CONIGLIO TRAPANI (MONTE ALICE)
LA Rabbit braised with celery, olives, capers, white wine, tomato sauce and pecorino cheese.
TRIGLIA ALLA PALERMITANA
Red Snapper Sautéed with bread crumbs, rosemary, and lemon butter sauce
SPIEDINI DI VITELLO TAORMINA
White Veal Scallopinne stuffed with raisins, bread crumbs, pine nut, pecorino cheese served over Capellini pasta with sugo
CANNELLONI SICILIAN I
Homemade stuffed with chocolate and vanilla ricotta cream
