What great info for those who have never been to the Mardi Gras! I will not ever forget the people we met who became friends. They even came to visit us one year. They gave us a tour, we were able to go to their friend's place and stand high on a balcony to see the parade. It was the year that Billy Crystal was given the honor of "king." We ate cajun food for the first time. If anyone has never been to the Mardi Gras, all I can say is you do not know what you are missing. We took video and even today have fun showing it to our friends. Your site is so full of all sorts of valuable info and my best to you. Sandy
