I am a native of Harvey and plan to return to New Orleans with my soon to be husband Anthony...currently we're in California serving our country for the U.S. Navy. I am starving for my crawfish again. The people here can't come close to our enriched and unique style of cooking. Fortunately I can enjoy another of my favorite foods GUMBO because my fiance' is also a creole Louisiana native from Marksville so I can say that I still have a piece of my beloved state right here in my own home.
