New Orleans Lives!!! We just returned from a week long vacation in N.O. The bars are open, the bands are playing. The galleries need you! This will always be my favorite U.S. city. We had a fantastic time & the locals were so glad to see real tourists again. Must mention the Apple Barrel on Frenchman.Live music every night. Watch for Coco on Saturdays, Andre Bouvier midweek & Darren Munney on guitar however you can get him. The real deal with great local talent. Stroll down the street to the Margingy Brasserie for dinner. Not for the broke but GREAT food. All of the things that I love about N.O. are still there just waiting for us.
