I don't have any questions. I'mm just someone that wants to wish New Orleans the most blessed Mardi Gras celebration ever!! I'm from Campbell CA (a suburb of San Jose, CA) and I was caught up and broken hearted about all that went on during the Hurricane season to devastate your fair city. I can't express my joy and satisfaction enough that Mardi Gras is not only going on, but is going on with all the gusto your courageous Party-City can manage!!!

My hat's off to you and your city, and all its citizens (scattered far and wide so they may be). I'm making my killer Jambalaya and my version of Banana's Foster in your city's honor this Tuesday night, and I've even ordered a King Cake from Randazzo's Camellia City bakery (as I've done for the last 5yrs) to celebrate this most poignant of Mardi Gras nights!! I squealed for half an hour when I realized that this business had recovered from Katrina enough to be fully back in business and shipping King Cakes again!

God Bless you guys!!! My husband and I are TOTALLY there with you in Spirit, even tho we're not Catholic (so the big party before Lent doesn't really mean anything to us) But I am a total party ANIMAL and I use Mardi Gras as the best excuse I know of to make the most wonderful Cajun-style meal that I know how to do, and listen to Dixie-land jazz all night just in your City's honor.

Have a MARVELOUS time on Tuesday and know that at least one family in California is loving your city and wishing y'all the VERY best of God's blessings for the most enriching and replenishing Mardi Gras you've ever had!!!! Something like Katrina could NEVER kill the wonderful Spirit that is New Orleans and Mardi Gras!!! Have a totally wonderful day!!!!! We love your city and you are forever in our prayers!!!
