My husband and I were there 4 years ago, and still talk about this trip to this day..... we spent our 28th anniversary on the Creole Queen, took several tours, spent a lot of time in the French Quarter, rode the streetcar and the trolley. The thing we remembered was the friendliness of the people. We were treated like guests, not like tourists. Everyone was more than happy to answer our questions and tell us more about their city. We are coming back in December of this year and we are counting the days!
