New Orleans was the place to be this spring break......I was walking back in the closed-up French Quarter at dawn on Easter. The fog was rolling in and, except for city trash workers, it was silent. The quarter was mine. Time stood still, and my mind was filled with good memories, my belly full of gumbo and beer.......as I turned the corner, like the three nights before, there was a man singing "Amazing Grace." Thank you, New Orleans.
