Knights of Jason
The original Krewe paraded in Harahan then on Metairie Road.The new Jason's membership consists of primarily families, and parades each year on the Friday night before Mardi Gras day.
In 2004, the Krewe, formed by 225 male, female, and child riders, returned from the seas of dormancy to parade again in Jefferson Parish. Jason has been rolling on the Metairie route since 2000.
