The Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival is back in Lafayette Square Park to keep the Central Business District rocking! Blues rocker Kenny Wayne Shepherd will headline this year’s show on Saturday night, and his performance alone will be worth a trip downtown. Plus, check out this roster of other great performers.

The sixth annual Crescent City Blues & BBQ Festival is this weekend, Friday – Sunday, October 14th – 16th. Last year packed plenty of great food, and this year looks no different. (This writer ate way too much barbecue last year!) BBQ sandwiches, ribs, oysters and everything else that can possibly be thrown over an open flame will be on sale at the vendor tents.
Make sure you make it down this weekend for the festival, and be sure to try the food. You’ll be very glad you did!
