There's holiday fun for the whole family beginning December 12th through 24th with the "12 Days of Christmas", part of the Christmas in the District event.
Discover the new "12 days of Christmas" diplay, the Great Hall of Trees, Santa's Playground, New Orleans entertainment and a host of children's crafts and activities.
This is in addition to the animated light discplats on Convention Center Blvd starting December 1 - January 1.
Christmas in the District Hours of Operation
Friday, December 12 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, December 13 and 14 12 noon – 9:00 p.m.
Monday through Friday, December 15 – 19 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, December 20 – 21 12 noon – 9:00 – p.m.
Monday and Tuesday, December 22 – 23 12 noon – 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, December 24 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
December 12 – 24th, 2014: *Inside the Great Hall at the Convention Center
• 12 Days of New Orleans Christmas display
• Great Hall of Trees with over 70 Christmas Trees decorated by local hospitality businesses, visits from Santa and other Christmas characters
• Louisiana Christmas Craft Market
• Children’s Activities including a hands on children’s craft area, an inflatables zone and Santa’s Playland and Workshop
• Community concert stage featuring local choirs and entertainers along with holiday cooking demonstrations
