The 5th Annual New Orleans Seafood Festival takes place this weekend in Lafayette Square at 500 St. Charles Avenue.

New Orleans Seafood FestivalWith such fantastic weather, this is a great weekend to get out to a New Orleans festival and enjoy some free entertainment by top local bands!

The 5th Annual Seafood Festival has a great entertainment lineup this year, with several of New Orleans’ biggest festival bands and a special appearance by Luther Kent. Plan on hearing some great music this weekend.

Sunday, September 11
  11:00 – noon The U.S. Navy Jazz Band

  4:00 – 5:30 p.m. Paul Varisco & the Milestones, with special guest Luther Kent

Besides the amazing seafood, festival goers can also check out the art market onsite. The Artists’ Village is packed out this year with a wide variety of artwork for sale, including jewelry, woodwork, textiles, photography, sculptures and more.
