Attending a Broadway Show in New Orleans?
Here are some tips to help you make the most of your night on the town.
- Dress the part! Traditionally, going to the theater has been an excuse for society folk to dress up. Don't let this tradition die! Take some care in your appearance, and you'll have an even better evening.
- Be considerate. Always remember to turn your cell phone on "silent," and don't talk during a performance! If you have small children, make sure they can sit quietly for the duration of the show, or sit near an exit so you won't disturb other patrons, should you have to leave.
- Allow time for parking. There's nothing worse (or more disruptive) than missing the opening of a show and stumbling to your seat in the dark!
- Most importantly: buy your tickets early if you hope to get a good seat.
