Boo at the Zoo returns to the Audubon Zoo Oct. 21, 22, 28 and 29. Tickets are $16 per person.

If your kids are bursting at the seams for an opportunity to go trick or treating, you’re in luck. Boo at the Zoo, a family friendly Halloween event at the Audubon Zoo, opens this Friday, October 21st. For the next two weekends, the zoo will become the stage for haunted mazes, games, Ghost Train Rides, Star Wars Stage Shows and much more.

One of the best parts about Boo at the Zoo is the confidence parents can feel in taking their children to a safe location for their holiday festivities. Not only that, but the event will raise funds to benefit the Children’s Hospital and the Audubon Zoo.

Boo at the Zoo will be open from 5 – 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights for the next two weekends (10/21, 10/22, 10/28 and 10/29). The zoo will provide bags for trick or treating, and adults will need to pay for tickets for themselves and for their kids.

The Audubon Zoo is located at 6500 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70118.
